Everyone was very kind and attentive, even with the fact they were understaffed, they all work very well together and showed true dedication to their practice. Only down side was my fiance was reschedule twice and turned away after waiting for a month to get in. We were both understanding but disappointed. Ofc knowing things do happen that can’t be controlled, I can’t fully blame that on the practice. From my fiance perspective I can not say the same, he felt as if he was turned away and wasn’t given the same courtesy as me. Hopefully this won’t happen again in the near future.

Each staff member from the front desk , x-ray tech all the way to the hygienist and doctor were all amazing. Very warm and welcoming people. Yvionne you’re the best. I would like to add that they really care about your dental health and experience. If you are nervous about getting dental work done, this company will help you to feel comfortable. Also this review is for the Coral Springs location on University Drive.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! I called Aspen Dental because I was in serious pain and needed help fast. They saw me the SAME DAY which was a huge relief. I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but this team made it so easy zero judgment, just kindness. The entire staff is amazing they’re kind, respectful, and genuinely care about their patients. The dentist was gentle, explained everything step by step, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The front desk staff was also so helpful with my questions and insurance. If you need a dentist who will treat you like family and help you when you need it most, go to Aspen Dental. Thank you for helping me so much!!

Ok so where do I start? From the first visit and every step of the way. I’ve experienced great customer service., great energy. From the receptionist to the manager RJ. The lovely assistants talking to me and reassuring me . The doc, SHAI and the hygentist were very gentle and very informative. I walked in a patient and walked out feeling like family . 1000% recommend

Riley was absolutely amazing as my dental hygienist. She was professional, gentle, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, paid close attention to detail, and truly cared about my comfort and dental health. Her friendly attitude and positive energy made the visit a great experience. I highly recommend Riley to anyone looking for an excellent dental hygienist!
